"I needed a relatively small roofing job on my old rock house, its detached garage, and its carport. The heavy winds had not been kind. Vinmark came highly recommended to me, for its professionalism, job satisfaction, and its outreach to the community. I was privileged to work with Drake Hernandez. He could not have been any kinder, more polite, and more professional. He is very much a gentleman. Prior to the estimate from the insurance company, he did some work to make sure that the roof on the garage was no longer leaking. That was greatly appreciated. He met with the gentleman who came to do the estimate, and they seem to communicate well on a professional basis. He kept me informed, and he showed a lot of patience when I hit a snag with the insurance company. What can I say? The work is done, and I could not be more pleased with it. I did not get to meet the gentleman who were here on the work crew, but just talking briefly with them out the door, they seem nice and professional as well. As Vinmark was recommended to me, so will I gladly recommend them to anyone else needing roofing work. My experience could not have been more pleasant, and the job was very well done."
