Woke up to a hole in my roof after a bad storm. Called Drake to come and look at it. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to repair it and it was fixed by that afternoon. I would completely recommend calling Drake at Vinmark for any issues with your roof.
Vinmark can be trusted. I live in CO, and own home home in TX. As such, difficult to coordinate repairs from a distance. These guys can be trusted. I have never experienced better customer service from any service provider. I send a text question, they respond within minutes. Honest. They are legit. I highly recommend.
I needed a relatively small roofing job on my old rock house, its detached garage, and its carport. The heavy winds had not been kind. Vinmark came highly recommended to me, for its professionalism, job satisfaction, and its outreach to the community. I was privileged to work with Drake Hernandez. He could not have been any kinder, more polite, and more professional. He is very much a gentleman. Prior to the estimate from the insurance company, he did some work to make sure that the roof on the garage was no longer leaking. That was greatly appreciated. He met with the gentleman who came to do the estimate, and they seem to communicate well on a professional basis. He kept me informed, and he showed a lot of patience when I hit a snag with the insurance company. What can I say? The work is done, and I could not be more pleased with it. I did not get to meet the gentleman who were here on the work crew, but just talking briefly with them out the door, they seem nice and professional as well. As Vinmark was recommended to me, so will I gladly recommend them to anyone else needing roofing work. My experience could not have been more pleasant, and the job was very well done.
Updated June 23, 2025 Drake continues to deliver exceptional service just like before, but this time the job was even bigger. We had our entire roof replaced, installed new gutters, and had the back awning redone. He took care of everything from start to finish and made the whole process stress-free. Drake truly goes above and beyond for his customers. If you want your life to be easier, I highly recommend giving him a call! Highly satisfied with Vinmark Roofing and Construction! Vinmark Roofing is the greatest . They service many areas . The Stephenville branch is awsome ! Nery Suarez is the best ! He came out gave me an estimate , and worked with me on what I needed and wanted in a new roof ! He was nice and very helpful . They came out and put a new roof on in less then a day !!!! I highly recommend this company for roofs or any remodeling you need done !
They just finished our roof, and it was a great experience. We were dreading it, but they were awesome to deal with and it turned out beautifully! They provided us with a lot of useful information, but there was no hard sell of any products or services. It was very straightforward. They communicated extremely well and did everything they said they would. The whole crew were nice guys and went the extra mile to keep things tidy and cleaned up. In an industry with a reputation for being shady, Drake and the crew from Vinmark were top notch. We highly recommend Vinmark!

Frank with Vinmark has gone above and beyond on two separate occasions. We had super wind storm that damaged our gutter and missing shingles that caused a water leak on roof in Aledo. Vinmark was out the same day and repaired it on the spot. I was worried I had file claim to replace roof. Frank assured me my roof still had life and a spot fix was all that was needed. Especially since our home was new. The whole experience was so much different vs the 2 other roofing companies that kept pushing to file claim. I will be using Vinmark for all my roof repair needs going forward. Honest prices and trustworthy service.

They were very patient with helping me with my insurance claim. We had to fight to get approval for new decking and it was approved after several months. The guys were understanding that the dogs needed to go out at times and helped with that. Vincent and his guys are great hardworking men. Thanks for everything!
Drake H. was our contact with Vinmark, first time customer but our experience with Drake and Vinmark will bring us back next time. Our roof and sheds roof was damaged from that massive wind storm first week of March. Lost a good chunk of shingles on one side and patches on others. Drake was quick to get out there to assess and even put tarps on to help prevent further damage. Drake walked me through the steps of getting insurance out there as this was our first ever claim on insurance so wasn’t sure if the steps. We got insurance claim going, Drake was always in contact for updates or any help that I needed. Roof got done a lot quicker than I expected, insurance only claimed the patches missing and not the whole roof so Drake and his team just replaced with insurance was willing to cover. Long story short, pick Vinmark Roofing & Construction, and let Drake be your man! Thank yall!
VinMark roofing company came through for me big time! My roof got torn off during a nasty storm last March. My neighbor knew of VinMark through Al Parker construction co and had them the next morning. I saw what quick work they did and had them patch my roof. As soon as the insurance gave the ok I had VinMark fix our roof. In addition we had damage in the upstairs bedroom, which they were able to repair as well. The work they did was outstanding Miles, Vince & Frank we’re all easy to communicate with, and their work was prompt. Oh, I almost forgot they repaired parts of my fence that were damaged as well . I will refer VinMark to anyone needing a roof as well as other construction projects. They are super!! P. Haley

Sometimes roofing contractors can be pushy when it comes to processing claims, however, Drake Hernandez was no way pushy- he was very professional and extremely polite, returned calls in a timely manner and our policy holder was very happy with his work.
Everytime a storm comes through 10 different roofers I’ve never even heard of before come knocking on my door like pushy salesmen trying to sell you a dream! But not Drake he came out after a bad storm and inspected my roof for damages walked me through the whole process and explained it all to me. He wasn’t pushy in anyway just informative! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!

Vincent promptly scheduled a roof inspection and didn't find enough hail damage to require a roof replacement. He provided documentation that I can use if necessary. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely contact him if we get another storm.

Drake was very communicative and worked everything out with my insurance. I simply paid my deductible and he did the rest. They gave us a beautiful new roof and brand new gutters in a very quick and timely manner. He explained the whole process and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Vinmark has been amazing! Drake was very quick to respond to any question or concern. This was our first experience having to use our homeowners insurance and he helped walk me through the process making it so much less overwhelming! They were able to remove our old shingles, do repairs on the decking , put down new shingles and install new vents in one day! The crew was quick, efficient, polite and professional. If we find ourselves in need or roof repairs again this is the only place I will call🙌🏻

Drake truly made the whole process of replacing our leaky, hail/wind damaged roof a cakewalk! From start to finish, the process was a breeze because he walked us through the process and answered all our questions. Vincent presented himself very professionally after baseball size hail destroyed our roof. He was very punctual for every meeting that we had. Educated us on our roof system. Our new roof system is better than it ever has been in the 14 years we've been in our home. Our ridgeline is amazing. Our chimney looks the best it's ever looked. The vent stacks do not look like tin cans on our roof like they did in the past. And the gutter system is top notch. I truly am looking forward to the next rain because the gutters are really going to move the water away from our home! Vinmark is a family owned and run business. They replaced the shingles on our roof, and hooked us up with some awesome gutters that we have been needing for years! Marty gave us different options in the colors for the shingles and gutters that we were very pleased with! His team did a wonderful job and worked hard and fast. We were amazed at the time it took them to get the job done! The guys told us if we had any problems they would be more than happy to come back and fix it. They were also able to fix a leaking problem from our roof to patio that we have been having for years! Thank you guys so much! They are great to work with and willing to work with you! Definitely give them a great recommendation to anyone who needs work done!

We thought we may have some roof damage due to a storm and already had a few different roofing companies come out that stated we had hail damage and that we needed a new roof. However, they appeared less than honest. We had contacted Vinmark Roofing late on Sunday night. An appointment was scheduled and Drake even arrived a few minutes early before the appointment. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. When Drake and Vincent evaluated our roof, they said that there was not any significant hail damage and they recommended that we withdraw our claim. They actually took time to educate us on some maintenance that we could do ourselves and even offered to seal up some roofing nails that were exposed at no cost. They were able to answer our questions, and were very honest and straightforward with us. It was very reassuring that there is a roofing company out there with integrity. I highly recommend this company!
We are very pleased with the new roof installed by Vinmark of Mineral Wells, Tx. Arron and Vincent were exceptionally thorough and accommodating when determining the best solution to fit our needs. Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing decking and a complete new metal roof. No scrap or trash left when they were done. We will be calling Vinmark anytime we need roofing or construction in the future.

Excellent service! My chimney started leaking and they came over immediately and repaired it before the rain we are expecting hits. They did a great job and Vincent was so helpful and informed me of all that would need to be done and all they did to fix the problem. They worked all day and were very professional.
